A UK singer/songwriter has risin through the charts of the UK after her win on the hit talent show “The X Factor.” She has taken over Europe with her debut album Spirit and her second single Bleeding Love is breaking into the States with huge followings. I’ve only heard part of it once but I think its better than the original.

Israel - The New Face

Currently the hip-hop and r&b scenes big hitters are artists like Omaron, Ne-Yo, and Chris Brown but as they are getting played out who is going to step into the spotlight and become the new face of hip-hop and r&b?

I believe that it will be Israel. Not Israel Kamakawiwo’ole the Hawiian lyricist but, Israel, the twenty something young hip-hop artist from Melburn. His songs “In love wth You”, “Do it Again”, and “My Girl” incorporate that old r&b feel with the new age of hip-hop. His song “Do It Again” brings in a sort of Baby Bash - Sugar Sugar tone but tops it with a new twist.

With Israels new style taking over I definitly see him as the face of new hip-hop and r&b artists so those other artists better step up or get out.
